We offer a brilliant array of aerial based classes led by super-friendly and knowledgeable instructors. Beautifully set INDOORS (Westbury) or OUTDOORS (East Meadow) and promised to turn your world upside down in the best way possible! Kids and adults, open gym, group class, and privates available.

Open Training

OPEN GYM:
Your Apparatus ● $30 Our Apparatus ● $40
(No Instructor, unsupervised)

Open training time to rig and practice “learned skills” on any apparatus of your choice (Lyra, Silk, Hammock, Single/Dance Trapeze, Double Trapeze, Rope, Spanish Web, Slings, Chains, Cube, Chair, Pole, etc). Must have instructor approval and/or demonstrate prior knowledge of apparatus to train safely without an instructor. Aside from aerials, we provide ground arts instruction in juggling, partner acro, chinese pole, Cyr Wheel, German Wheel, diablo (chinese yo-yo), rolla bolla to name a few.

Private Instruction

$100 (+$25 additional participant) call or text 516-407-2021

One-on-one instruction tailored to the student's skill level, focusing on climbs, wraps, and sequences. Apparatus of your choice (decided before booking to insure appropriate and available instructor)
