We offer a brilliant array of aerial based classes led by super-friendly and knowledgeable instructors. Beautifully set INDOORS (Westbury) or OUTDOORS (East Meadow) and promised to turn your world upside down in the best way possible! Kids and adults, open gym, group class, and privates available.

Group Classes

…provide an exciting entry point for beginners, while allowing more seasoned aerialists the opportunity to improve their stamina, technique, and expand their skills. Designed for students with varying levels of aerial experience, from curious beginners to seasoned aerialists looking to refine their skills. Our instructors ensure that each participant is challenged and supported according to their individual abilities.

OPEN GYM:
Your Apparatus ● $35 Our Apparatus ● $45
(No Instructor, unsupervised) Open training time to practice “learned skills” on the apparatus of your choice. Must have instructor approval and/or demonstrate prior knowledge of apparatus to train safely without an instructor. Aside from aerials, we provide ground arts like juggling, Chinese yo-yo, and balancing canes.

GROUP LESSON: ● $35

Mixed Aerial Arts Open Level (apparatus noted on schedule page)
Rotate between different apparatus’ each week, like fly pole, lyra, dance trapeze, and silks just to name a few. Build strength, flexibility, and aerial skills while switching it up.

One-on-one instruction tailored to the student's skill level, focusing on climbs, wraps, and sequences. Apparatus of your choice (decided before booking to insure appropriate and available instructor)
