Cancellation Policy:

INDIVIDUALS: you may cancel 48 hours prior to you scheduled date/time

GROUP RESERVATION: No refund will be issued for cancellations less than 14 days prior to an event's date. Voluntary group rescheduling is permitted up to 7 days prior to your date.

If I.FLY Trapeze cancels due to weather, you will have the option to reschedule or be refunded.
